Shipping policy

Delivery is free. However, if there is a size issue we pick up old shoe and deliver the new size at your doorstep. PKR 400/- charges apply. Customers need to inform us on ZOV number within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Customers exchange happens at their doorstep.
